Conscious  Yoga for Women

Mondays at 415 PST
Classes are 70 minutes.

Zoom will be open 10 minutes early for settling and connection. Please come early, we will start on time.

3 Payment options:

1) $37 for the month + LINK of the class so you can practice on your own time at home. Please pay by the first Monday of the month, thank you. 

2) $13 drop-in

3) $147 for classes + Online private session with recording

     No one turned away. If you need an extra financial break, contact me.

Blythe’s classes are literally a moving meditation where you are invited to sink into yourself and your breath and your inner experience in a way I have never experienced in other yoga classes.
